We would like to inform you that with a decision made by the Board of Directors of Compass Invest JSC the sale and repurchase of the units of the managed mutual funds will be temporarily suspended on December 29^th and 30^th .

The acceptance of orders for repurchase and sale of units of the Funds will be resumed as of January 3^rd 2023.

The issue value and the redemption price, at which the sale and repurchase orders accepted on December 23^rd 2022 will be executed, will be announced on January 3^rd 2023.
