Why choose this product?
Investors receive 25% of their initial investment back each year over the four-year term, regardless of the index performance. As a result, 100% of the initial capital is scheduled to be repaid by maturity, subject to the credit risk of Morgan Stanley Europe SE. Capital protection applies only if the investment is held to maturity. Investors who sell the product before maturity may receive less than their invested capital.
The product offers 105% participation in positive annual index performance, providing the opportunity to earn annual coupons. Each year, the index level is compared with its initial level, allowing investors to benefit from positive performance even if the index has declined relative to the previous year's observation.
The investment is linked to the Morgan Stanley US Equities Intraday Risk Control 8% Index, a systematic strategy designed to provide exposure to US equities while targeting a volatility level of 8%.
Unlike traditional investments that return principal only at maturity, this product repays 25% of the initial investment annually, providing investors with a gradual return of capital throughout the four-year investment period.

Annual Capital Repayment & Performance Coupons
- Scheduled Return of Capital: Investors receive 25% of their initial investment annually, resulting in the full return of principal over the four-year investment period, subject to issuer credit risk.
- Opportunity for Competitive Annual Income: Investors may receive annual coupons linked to the performance of the Morgan Stanley US Equities Intraday Risk Control 8% Index, with 105% participation in positive index performance. Coupons are calculated on the original investment amount and may be paid each year if the Index closes above its initial level on the relevant observation date.
