Compass Invest JSC is a joint-stock management company owned by Compass Capital JSC. The company's head office is located in Sofia, Bulgaria and has affiliate offices in the country and abroad. As part of the group, Compass Invest JSC provides asset management services and management of mutual funds.
Compass Capital JSC is founded in 2010 as an independent investment banking and corporate finance company offering a wide range of consultancy services. Compass Capital JSC works in close collaboration with leading legal practices, international consultants and investment banks.

Core Team

Ivaylo Angarski

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Experience: Chief Executive Officer of Compass Invest JSC since 2011. He has more than 22 years of experience in the field of investments and managerial expertise. Ivo began his career at Dresdner-Kleinworth’s Global debt/FX & Local markets desk, established successful business operations of foreign investors in Bulgaria and acted as a project manager and advisor to some of the largest investment projects in Bulgaria. Since 2008 he owns a financial advisory firm.

Education: B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Warwick Business School, Award in General Business Studies with Concentration in Investments from UCLA (University of California Los Angeles).

Dragomir Velikov

CAIA. CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER AND HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Experience: Chief Investment Officer in Compass Invest JSC since 2011. He has over 27 years of experience in the field of capital markets. Dragomir has been Head of Investment Banking at Raiffeisen bank and CEO of Raiffeisen Asset Management, has extensive trading experience, as well as broad experience with investment banking, capital markets, treasury, financial consulting and advisory.
Prior to joining Compass Invest JSC, Dragomir has held the position of CEO of EFG Securities Bulgaria (Eurobank’s local IB and Brokerage arm). In addition, Dragomir is a licensed Investment consultant. Member of Bulgarian Macroeconomic Association. Member of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA)

Education: M.A. in Economics from University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria; MBA from HULT International Business School – Boston, USA

Andrey Pramov

MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Experience: Member of the Board of Directors of Compass Invest JSC since 2016. Currently he is Executive Director of the financial company "Adlon Diskont". Throughout his professional career he held various key positions, such as: Member of the Board of Directors of Bulgarian Stock Exchange, Sofia; Chairman of the Arbitration Court at Bulgarian Stock Exchange, Sofia; Head of trading operations at CiBank JSC, Post Bank and International Bank for Investments and Development. Later he specialized at major financial institutions including Bulbank; Lloyds Bank; Sаlomon Brothers and Drexel Burnham as well as stock operations at Chicago and New York stock exchanges. He is also a Member of the International Association of Bank Foreign Exchange dealers and Paris Member of the Board of Trustees of "Atanas Burov" Foundation

Education: International Business Relations from University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria
