Duties and responsibilities:

1. Analysis of the securities markets, which includes a study of the individual securities by type, issuer and industry, collection of information on the value (book and market) of the securities and their liquidity, as well as forecasting the change in the prices of these securities books;

2. Development and maintenance of databases;

3. Preparation of the proposals for formation and subsequent restructuring of the portfolios of securities, which the company manages in accordance with the investment policy;

4. Supporting the process of valuation of the net asset value of the managed portfolios by providing a reference for the securities with market value and preparation of a proposal for fair valuation of the securities, which have no market value;

5. Participation in the development of financial products and their presentation to the investors;

6. Prepares information, participates in discussions and meetings with investors.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Specialties such as Accounting and Finance, Economics are preferred);
• Excellent knowledge of the regulatory framework and practice of the capital market, including the following regulations and guidelines:

The Public Offering of Securities Act;

Ordinance № 44 on the requirements for the activity of IDDF;

The internal rules for the organization and the activity of the MC.

• Computer literacy;
• Proficiency in English;
• Ability to work in a team.
