With a decision of the Board of Directors from 01.09.2021 and subsequent approval by the Financial Supervision Commission from 15.09.2021, the structure of the costs for subscription (purchase) and redemption (sale) of units of the mutual funds managed by Compass Invest JSC were changed as follows:

* following discounts will be applied for clients investing sum in larger amounts: for invested amounts from BGN 100,001 to BGN 250,000 - 1%; for amounts over BGN 250,000 - 0.5%. The discounts are valid for each individual order without accumulation.
** following discounts will be applied for clients investing sum in larger amounts: for invested amounts from BGN 100,001 to BGN 250,000 - 0,75%; for amounts over BGN 250,000 - 0.5%.
The discounts are valid for each individual order without accumulation.

The investors concluded an contract for implementation of an investment plan before the entry into force of the amendments to the Rules of Compass Global Trends and Compass Euroselect, which were adopted by the Board of Directors of Compass Invest JSC on 01.09.2021. will be treated under the old conditions under which they concluded the Contracts. For information for the investors the Management Company will maintain the previous version of the Rules on its website in the "Documents" section for MF Compass Global Trends and Compass Euroselect.
